Does life seem unfair or like someone’s out to get you? Blinding headaches won’t let you get through your day? You may be ungrounded through mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual ways. There are many signs to let you know that you are ungrounded. It’s very important to be able to spot the signs for your health.

Finding the signs is the first step in re-grounding yourself. Here are a few signs to look for:

  • Prone to anger
  • Clumsy
  • Uncoordinated
  • Daydreaming
  • Unfocused

  • Tired
  • Forgetful
  • Constant complaining
  • Rejecting positive thoughts
  • Spirits are drawn to your energy
  • Poor diet


These are only a few the list goes on, but these are the most common signs to look for. Feeling careless and out of touch with nature makes for a life seeming gloomy.

The sooner you figure out the signs the faster you can realize you need to center yourself and be at peace, after all the energy you carry projects onto others. This will make you a magnet for bad negative energies. Others will associate you with being unsociable and most likely they will avoid you.

Finding tranquility and setting forth your chakras back into working flow will keep you grounded. Meditate on the daily basis to unblock your seven chakras. It must be in silent space, where you can concentrate on aligning your energies. The more you practice meditation the less small problems seem grand. You will be able to accomplish anything from stage fright to handling situations with grace.

It would also be in your best interest to keep certain crystals or gems nearby to help soak up any bad energy willing on ungrounding you. You can wear them as a necklace, bracelets, earrings, and even in your hair. Keep crystals on your desk or on a shelf, either way, you can be protected without worry.

You may light incense or candles just for the extra boost of positive energies. It would also help to keep a clean space, clutter tends to hold on to past negative energy. Try to eat healthily. I know that snicker bar or junk food may taste so good, but we all know if we have a healthy body we have a healthy mind.

So as you bask in pleasant aromas, bless your tongue with delights, and ritually meditate your mind you will find the well-deserved balance.
